Hello Mr. Armes!

We got your postcard in the mail today.  I hope you and your wife are doing allright.  We've been here a little over a year now.  Time went by so quickly.  This house is really working out for us.  I just wanted to take a moment to say hello and tell you thanks for everything you did for us.  My sister is moving to Lubbock from Oregon.  If she decides to buy a house, I will tell her to give you a call.
